HKU Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2026

The University of Hong Kong (HKU) will organise its annual “HKU Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2026,” on Saturday, October 24, 2026, on campus. This event offers prospective students, including both JUPAS and non-JUPAS applicants, and their families an excellent opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of HKU’s diverse undergraduate programmes, admissions requirements, and campus life.

The theme of this year’s Information Day is “Shape a More Sustainable World with AI,” highlighting how HKU’s forward-looking programmes equip students with essential AI literacy, interdisciplinary skills, and practical experience to contribute to building a sustainable world. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in various admissions talks, facility tours, and interactive activities, providing an in-depth look at how HKU prepares students for the challenges of the future.

Professor Bennett Yim, Director of Undergraduate Admissions and International Student Exchange, will meet with the media after the admissions talks. Details are as follows:

Date: October 24, 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 10:15 am-10:45 am
